Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and StreamBoost ("Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the StreamBoost platform, including all automation tools, dashboards, and related services (the "Service").

By registering for an account, subscribing to any plan, or accessing any feature of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

StreamBoost is a subscription-based SaaS platform that provides Twitch channel growth tools including, but not limited to:

• Automated viewer bots deployed during live streams
• Automated chat bots sending messages during live streams
• Permanent follower delivery via subscription plans
• VOD and clip view boosting
• One-time viewer and chatter boost packages
• A real-time live dashboard for monitoring stream performance

The Service is intended solely for use with Twitch channels owned by the registered user. Use of the Service on third-party channels without authorization is prohibited.

You acknowledge that StreamBoost deploys automated accounts ("bots") to your Twitch channel as part of the Service. You understand and accept the following:

• Bot behavior is designed to simulate organic activity, including gradual join rates and realistic chat intervals
• StreamBoost cannot guarantee that Twitch will not detect or act against bot activity on your channel
• You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from use of the Service on your Twitch account, including account suspensions or bans
• We recommend using viewer counts proportional to your existing follower base to reduce detection risk

StreamBoost does not access your Twitch account credentials. We use the official Twitch API via OAuth for stream detection only. Bot accounts are separate accounts operated by StreamBoost infrastructure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your StreamBoost account credentials. You must not share your login details with third parties. You agree to notify us immediately at our support contact if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Each StreamBoost account may only be associated with one Twitch channel. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or receive duplicate service allocations is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

StreamBoost offers weekly and monthly subscription plans. All subscriptions are processed through Whop. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency of your chosen plan.

• Cancellations — You may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Refunds — All sales are final. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion, and only in cases where the Service was not delivered due to a technical failure on our end.
• One-time Boosts — Purchased boost packages are non-refundable once delivered. Unused boost inventory remains in your account and does not expire within the active subscription period.
• Failed payments — If a payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Boost channels you do not own or have explicit authorization to manage
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the StreamBoost API or infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Twitch's Terms of Service
• Attempt to manipulate Twitch's affiliate or partner programs through fraudulent means

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or that your use of the Service poses a risk to our infrastructure or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any data associated with your account may be deleted within 30 days of termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved from use of the Service, including but not limited to Twitch affiliate or partner status.

StreamBoost makes no guarantees regarding the permanence of followers delivered, the retention of viewer counts, or the long-term impact on your channel's organic growth.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamBoost and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of Twitch account access, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via the email address on their account.
